Mr. Huang Guimin, as the Chairman of BioDell Global, graduated from the EMBA program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and is a successful entrepreneur in China. He has served as a director of Tianyang New Material (603330), Chairman and founder of Shanghai Beixi Biotechnology and Homelab Medical. Therefore, Chairman Huang Guimin has 20 years of rich experience in the development, production, and sales of laboratory testing devices. He will fully leverage his advantages in the industry, in collaboration with Dr. Nathan Xu Kuan, to use Singapore as a new starting point, promote the independent research and development, and production of BioDell Global in Singapore, and propel it onto the international stage.

​​Dr. Nathan Xu Kuan, the visionary CEO of BioDell Global PTE LTD, obtained his doctor of medicine degree in Fudan University. He is a highly successful Singaporean entrepreneur who laid the foundation for his medical group several years ago, comprising a number of branches of family clinics. During his tenure managing these clinics, Dr. Xu identified a critical challenge: the prolonged turnaround time for lab test results, hindering effective adjustments to treatment plans for chronic disease patients and impeding the swift initiation of care for new patients. Acknowledging the revolutionary possibilities inherent in point-of-care (POCT) diagnostic devices, Dr. Xu and the biodell team dedicated extensive time to the exploration and creation of an inclusive platform. This platform is characterised by its cost-effectiveness, portability, rapid functionality, multiplexing capability, and user-friendly interface, all complemented by a cloud-based service. Effectively addressing a spectrum of health concerns, including both acute and chronic diseases, this platform underwent thorough validation over the years. Consequently, Dr. Xu and the co-founders established BioDell Global based in Singapore, aiming to pioneer, propel and enhance the technology on a Global scale with an international perspective, leveraging their years of product validation.

Mr. Zhu Haifa, another co-founder of BioDell and the Chief Financial Officer of BioDell Global, graduated from Fudan University. In 2004, he joined Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited (Nasdaq: SNDA) as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. He held positions as CEO of Ku6 Media (Nasdaq: KUTV). Mr. Zhu Haifa has been focusing on scientific research management and corporate innovation in Singapore since 2014. As a renowned entrepreneur and investment expert, he will play a crucial role in further scaling BioDell Global and expanding into the international market in the future .
